Shipping

We ship via DHL from Russia to more than 200 countries around the world. Once your order is dispatched we provide you a tracking number so you could track your parcel on DHL website. As we ship to exact address you provided at checkout, please make sure you will be able to receive the parcel at this address.

Shipping Cost

The delivery for all dresses is totally free of charge. Shipping costs on other items are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time

It usually takes the order from 5 to 15 days to arrive depending on your location. You will get estimated delivery date at checkout. You can also contact us anytime to get estimated delivery date prior to order.

Please note that estimated dates can not be used as a guide, delivery time may be increased in certain cases for reasons beyond our control (force majeure etc). We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by carrier or customs.

Customs & Import Duties

As all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, customers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We are unable to estimate what these charges are, so we encourage you to check with your country’s customs authorities for tariffs before you order.

Please pay your attention that all import and customs fees are not included in price and must be paid by the customer to ensure your parcel is released by customs. Failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned therefore the order becomes limited in refunding. Learn about refunding below.

Return & Refund

We gladly accept charge-free returns of standard size dresses. The return must be initiated within one week upon delivery date according to tracking information.

To be eligible for refund, items must be in original condition, free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. All items will undergo inspection to match these requirements upon receipt.

Return shipping expense, rush processing fee, delivery fee (if applicable) and any import and customs fees paid are non-refundable in any cases.

Not Eligible for Refund

Despite customer satisfaction is a priority for us, our return policy has several reasonable limitations. Thus the refund is unavailable for:

• Customized orders
• Custom size dresses
• Accessories
• Orders sent back without tracking option

If you exceed the timeframe or violate the requirements above, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund. However we are always open to discuss each individual case to work out the best solution.
